Seafood Menu
Mussels, oysters, seafood rice, seasonal fruit, white wine or soft drinks and a shot of orujo cream liqueur
Enjoy Galician cuisine while you sail
The Restaurante Marinero experience wouldn't be complete without a traditional menu, so you can savour the richness of Galicia's seafood.
Our seafood menu is a real delight and captures the flavours of the Ría de Arousa. A menu made with fresh produce and traditional recipes that will win you over.
Dining on a terrace right above the sea, facing the O Grove coast with the sea breeze for company, turns every bite into a special memory.

Every corner of the Restaurante Marinero is a wonderful place to enjoy a special day with family or friends. It's not every day you get to eat seafood rice with views like these.
What does our Seafood Menu include?
We begin the menu with two gems of Atlantic cuisine: steamed mussels from the Ría de Arousa and cooked oysters with vinaigrette. There's no better way to whet your appetite and connect with Galicia's seafaring tradition.
The mussels, which simply had to be here, are grown on the rafts (bateas) dotted across our ría; they arrive fresh every day and are steamed to keep that unmistakable taste of the sea.

We continue with the oysters, another of these waters' great treasures, served cooked with a light vinaigrette that brings out their delicate flavour. They're a treat for the senses and a must for anyone visiting O Grove and the Rías Baixas.

Oysters are, without a doubt, another of the most sought-after products in Galicia's restaurants. They're served with vinaigrette.
Now comes the star moment of our seafood menu: the seafood rice, one of the great classics of Galician cooking and a genuine tribute to local produce.
Prepared on board and served freshly made, this dish brings together the very best of the Ría de Arousa.

A seafood rice with mussels, queen scallops, cockles, squid and prawns, cooked in a special stock by our chef. Everything is prepared so that each ingredient adds its own essence, creating a tasty dish brimming with the flavour of the sea that wins over everyone who tries it.

Now it's time for a light, refreshing dessert of seasonal fruit such as watermelon and melon.

And, as no Galician meal would be complete without it, we finish with a very local touch: a shot of orujo cream liqueur.
A smooth, aromatic liqueur is the perfect way to toast this special day and leave the best taste in your mouth before sailing on or taking a swim at As Pipas beach
And for the little ones we have a children's menu designed so they can enjoy it just as much as the grown-ups, combining traditional flavours with dishes that are always a hit.
It starts with steamed mussels for those keen to discover the taste of the sea from an early age. For the main course, a breaded chicken escalope with chips (a classic that never fails). And to finish, a fresh, healthy dessert: melon or watermelon, perfect for a day of sailing, games and swimming.

For the youngest members of the family we prepare a menu with breaded chicken and chips so they enjoy a delicious, fun day.
